Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment, you may use our Boulevard online booking system, call the office, or send us a text. If your message is sent outside business hours, the time it was received will be honored. Please note: cancellations cannot be accepted through social media direct messages.
- More than 24 hours in advance: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours in advance: A non-refundable fee of $50 or the cost of your scheduled treatment (whichever is less) will apply.
We make every effort to fill cancelled appointments (via waitlists and social media). If the time cannot be filled, the cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with this policy.
A credit card is required on file at the time of booking to enforce this policy. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. No deposits are required for services. Complimentary consultations are also subject to this policy in the case of a no-call/no-show.
If you are ill, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow grace for illness-related cancellations on the first occurrence to protect staff and clients. Repeated illness cancellations may result in a cancellation fee if we’re unable to fill the appointment.

Privacy Policy

- We do not share your information with anyone.
- We will never discuss your treatments in public.
- Photos are only used with verbal and written consent.
- We comply fully with HIPAA regulations.

Children & Minors Policy
Children/Minors as Guests:
We kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. As a medical facility, we use equipment that may not be safe for children, and we cannot accommodate unsupervised minors in the waiting or treatment areas.
Treatment of Minors:
With guardian consent and medical supervision, we may treat patients under 18 on a case-by-case basis. Cosmetic aesthetic procedures are not performed on minors. All treatment decisions are made at the discretion of the attending medical professional.
Inclement Weather Policy
Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions make it unsafe to travel, please notify us as soon as possible. No cancellation fee will apply for weather-related reschedules or cancellations.
Good Faith Exam (GFE) Policy
A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a medical assessment required to establish a patient-provider relationship, verify the necessity of treatment, and comply with Washington State regulations (WAC 246-919-605 & WAC 246-918-125).
- A GFE is required before your first medical treatment.
- GFEs are complimentary and may be conducted virtually or in person.
- Annual GFE updates are required, or sooner if your health status changes (e.g.,
pregnancy, new medications, new diagnoses, or post-surgery).

Services:
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered. Aesthetic results can vary from person to person, and while we strive to help you achieve your desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Any additional treatments required to enhance or maintain results will be
at the client’s expense.
Retail Products:
All retail product sales are final. If a product is found to be defective, we are happy to exchange it for the same item within 14 days of the original purchase.
Gift Certificates:
All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of violence, abuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Any individual engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave and may be permanently dismissed from care. Our team has the right to a safe, respectful work environment. All incidents will be taken seriously and may be reported to authorities.
